Directions (VitaH2O): Add 10 x VitaH2O Drops to 1L water. Mix water well. Refrigerate mixed water. 10 x Drops makes 10 x (100ml) VitaH2O Servings.

Suggested Use: 1 drop under the tongue, or 100ml (mixed) VitaH2O (1,000IU Vitamin D3) daily.

Note: Best if taken at least 15min before, or 1 hour after eating food.
